Who I Am

My name is Jason “Gunny” Hayden, and I proudly served 20 years in the United States Marine Corps. I completed two combat tours, trained Marines, and lived by the values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment. After my service, I wanted to carry those values forward into something new — something that still had grit, purpose, and impact. That’s how Freedom MF Coffee Company was born.

Why I Built This Brand

When I left the Marine Corps, I lost something that had defined my life: serving with purpose. I missed the mission. I missed the sense of building something bigger than myself. Freedom MF Coffee Company is how I carry that mission forward.

I created this brand because I am sick and tired of seeing weak snowflakes try to cancel people and businesses just because they don’t agree with freedom-loving, red-blooded, blue-collar Americans. I refuse to bend the knee to cancel culture. I refuse to apologize for standing tall. If you have to ask what “MF” stands for, you don’t understand — and all I’ll say is this: it stands for My Friend, because if you even have to ask, you’re not part of the mission.

We live in a world where they’re trying to strip away masculinity, calling it “toxic.” That’s garbage. I believe in what made America strong: hard work, grit, moral values, faith, family, and freedom. As the saying goes:

Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. Weak men create hard times.

Right now, we’re in hard times — and it’s creating weak men. Freedom MF Coffee Company is my stand against that. This brand is for the hard-nosed, blue-collar, gun-toting, family-loving, God-fearing Americans who are tired of being told to sit down and shut up.
